Nachalnik Kamchatki
Nachalnik Kamchatki (Russian: Начальник Камчатки) is the second album of the Soviet rock band Kino. The name of the album refers to Victor Tsoi's job as a boiler plant operator (In Russian, "Nachalnik" means 'master' or 'commander' and Kamchatka is a slang for 'boiler plant') and to the 1967 Soviet comedy Nachalnik Chukotki (Russian: Начальник Чукотки).
